Dreaminbo provides the temporary use of furnished accommodation for tourist use.

III. Limitation of Liability
Dreaminbo shall not be liable in any way for any actual, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any other kind, arising out of the use or inability to use the information, products or the material of the site or relating to the quality of the same, even if Dreaminbo has been notified of the possibility that such damages may occur, following legal actions in application of contractual, non-contractual or other principles.

IV. User Account and Content Restrictions
Users are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Dreaminbo Site or Service any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any local, state, national, or international law.

V. Reservations, prices, payment methods

Reservations can be made directly from our website by sending a written request to the email address info@dreaminbo.it or by calling +39 3518895552.
The booking request must indicate: number of guests (maximum 3), name, surname, arrival date, departure date, age of any children (not less than 4 years), telephone number and e-mail to receive communications. Please also indicate the estimated time of your arrival.
After making a reservation, customers will receive a confirmation email with the total cost and request for a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount. We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer and PayPal.
Check-in must be carried out between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Check-out must be carried out by 10:00
The customer is required to avoid behavior that may cause nuisance to nearby homes. Smoking is prohibited both inside the house and in the common areas.
Dreaminbo does not accept pets.
Dreaminbo reserves the right to refuse booking to anyone for any reason at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

VI. Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal by the Customer (cancellation, cancellation), early departure
Cancellation of a contract must be done by sending an email to info@dreaminbo.it.
Cancellation policies may vary based on the reference period. The standard policy includes:

• within 5 days before the client’s arrival date the accommodation contract can be terminated without the payment of a penalty by the client. The confirmation deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made by the customer during the period between the fifth day before arrival and the arrival itself, the customer is required to pay 50% of the total agreed price.
In case of no show (the customer does not arrive and does not cancel the reservation) the customer must pay 90% of the total agreed price).
In case of early departure, the customer is obliged to pay the price of the entire booked stay.

Withdrawal by Dreaminbo
Dreaminbo has the right to withdraw from the contract if the deposit or confirmation deposit is not made within the agreed deadline.
Furthermore, he is authorized for good reason to withdraw from the contract without liability for damages, for example, if:

• causes of force majeure or other circumstances outside the scope of Dreaminbo make the fulfillment of the contract impossible;
• a booking was made with misleading or false information.

Dreaminbo has the duty to inform the customer immediately of the withdrawal. In case of justified withdrawal the customer will not be able to request compensation for damages.

VII. Safety information and instructions for use
By using the Dreaminbo.it website/application, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the website/application following the posting of changes constitutes your agreement to be legally bound by these updated and/or modified terms.
